About the event

We are very excited to host our third lecture on BIKE MAINTENANCE at Speed Theory on Thursday, March 12th at 6:30pm.

Note: VENUE CHANGE...Speed Theory at 2616 W 4th Avenue (4th and Trafalgar).

This session will be focused on getting comfortable with the mechanics of your bike (after all, you DO spend so much time with each other) including changing a tire, tips and tricks to keep your bike in good working order, pre and post ride maintenance, and addressing the many other little things you want to know about your bike. Comment here or message on Slack and let us know what bike questions you have - we want to make this session work for you!

We will be practicing changing a flat so would love for you to bring one of your bike wheels and your bike levers. Do you have a difficult or weird tri bike tire? Bring it and get help! If you don't have bike levers and want to purchase some, or if you need extra tubes or anything else bike or triathlon related, Speed Theory will be open for us during this session so that you can purchase anything you need! They are generously offering us 15% off all products other than electronics which are 10% off so make sure you bring your list of "needs/wants" with you!

We know everyone is hungry at that time of the night and are planning on ordering pizza in for the session. If you would like to enjoy some pizza and a drink, please bring $5 with you (or be prepared to e-transfer it).

We look forward to seeing you and any of your supporters, and can't wait to start the 2020 season off with every one of you.

All the best from the LIT Multisport board
