About the Event
We are stronger when we hold each other accountable and there's not much better places to work out on a Thursday evening then in the beautiful sunshine at Kits Pool. A workout is provided for pool swims, typically between 1km to 2km depending on the upcoming races. Great opportunity to learn more about improving your stroke and efficiency in the water. VOWSA laps are 1.5km along a marked course. Select 1 to 3 laps. Wetsuits are optional. Check out their website for more info www.vowsa.bc.ca.
