We are a multisport training community of womxn who empower and support each other in sport and life
RACING & EVENTS
From 5k fun runs to full Ironman events. We provide the space and opportunity to find people who have done that event before, or might be attending themselves. There are people who can answer your questions and cheer you on!
Training is hard by yourself - so do it with others! From weekly track runs, social rides, zwift meet-ups, pool sessions, or just questions about what kind of gear might work for you best - there's a community here for you.
We're all about being well rounded. Virtual workout to the space to vent about a work thing to an understanding group, we got you!

A welcoming, inclusive, safe space for womxn to explore their triathlon/multisport dreams.
There's so many great fitness events in the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas, but sometimes the thought of embarking on these things for the first time (or even the tenth) can seem a little daunting.
Come meet others who experience some of the same doubts, struggles and triumphs.
We connect via messaging (we use Slack) and will encourage each other, plan informal workouts, get feedback that can help decide between one race or another, ask gear & nutrition questions, and everything in between.
